·The standard pump down time is 3-5 minutes, and the temperature is adjusted according to different leather
1. Adjust the temperature according to the material of toe and heel of shoes for the best effect;
2. Air cooling after sole pressing & natural cooling for 10-15 minutes, can increase the hardness of back cover for the better effect of pulling last out;
3. Leather or leather boots can be processed through vapour to improve the quality of the vamp.
4. Time & labour are saved and also the unnecessary expenses can be reduced.
5. Compare to general vacuum vulcanizing machine, our company’s vacuum vulcanizing machine can save 1/3 electricty.
